Ingredients:

1 small mango (8 oz) quartered, pitted, and peeled
3/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1/3 cup orange juice
1 Teaspoon fresh squeezed lime juice
1 Teaspoon Nevis honey
2 ice cubes

Preparation Method:

In a blender, combine all the ingredients until thick and smooth.

While the honey does not have to be Nevis, it is a great honey to use.  While in Nevis be sure to purchase some Nevis Honey from the “Bee Man”
