As the sun rose on 12 December, 1989, it welcomed into the world a true Nevisian princess, born to the beautiful Tracey Griffin and the handsome Kiethley Powell. Together, 22 years ago, they welcomed their princess, Tera Angel Mandisa Griffin.
Originally from the quiet village of Zion, Tera now resides at Cherry Garden.
Presently, she is employed by the Nevis Island Administration in the Department of Physical Planning as an Office Attendant. However, she challenges herself with the pursuit of a career in nursing.
As Tera strives for excellence, she is guided by the life of her role model: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King was a man of pride and he was strong. He also stood up for his rights and the rights of the minority, especially his black race.
Tera’s life is governed by her ideals of being confident, setting goals and believing in her dreams.
Her greatest achievements to date include being a homeowner and raising her two beautiful daughters. She takes pride in spending quality time with her daughters, dancing and dramatizing.
Tera has also participated in numerous modeling engagements with the Department of Culture.
