Gender Disparity in Education ; Teachers’ Accountability, Roles, Rights and Responsibilities; Higher Education: College Preparation, Choosing Subjects and Career guidance are the topics set for discussion.

Senior Government Officials will be placed in groups based on their area of expertise in an effort to come up with ideas that will help the Ministry improve its performance. The discussions will be guided under three basic headings: Major achievements in the selected topic areas; what factors have contributed to these achievements and how these factors can be built on to create new achievements and new paradigms.

Following the four round-table group discussions there will be a period of group reports and discussion.

Participants will include Education Officers, Guidance Counsellors, teachers, students, and members of the legal fraternity.
